Key Responsibilities
Carry out
general maintenance, repair and installation work
at client sites (residential and commercial).
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, and other handyman tasks as required.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, fixtures and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with supervisors and operations coordinators to complete assigned tasks on time.
Ensure
high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism
while on site.
Report work progress, materials used, and any issues promptly to the operations team.
Requirements
Relevant experience
as a Handyman / Multi-Technician in facilities management, maintenance or related field within the UAE.
Ability to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks independently.
Valid UAE driving license
preferred.
Knowledge of safety practices and use of tools and equipment.
Good communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu.
Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
