We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

Hammam Specialist

to deliver authentic, therapeutic, and rejuvenating Hammam rituals to our guests. This role requires both technical expertise and a deep respect for the cultural traditions of Hammam treatments. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a luxurious spa setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform traditional Hammam rituals including body exfoliation, full-body cleansing, steam sessions, foam massage, and related body treatments using high-quality products Create a warm, relaxing, and respectful environment for clients during every session Tailor each treatment to the client's individual needs, skin type, and preferences Explain the treatment process to clients and make them feel at ease, especially first-timers Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the hammam area before and after each session Monitor steam room operations, ensuring optimal temperature and safety for guests Follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety guidelines Manage inventory of treatment supplies and linens; report replenishment needs Promote additional spa services or retail products that enhance the wellness experience Provide feedback to management on client needs, service improvements, or any incidents Participate in ongoing training and development workshops offered by the spa Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Hammam Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment Knowledge of traditional Moroccan, Turkish, or Middle Eastern Hammam techniques Certification in Hammam treatments from a recognized institution Strong knowledge of traditional Hammam techniques and products Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
