We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Hammam Specialist

to provide authentic, therapeutic, and revitalizing Hammam experiences for our guests. This position requires strong technical skills, deep respect for Hammam traditions, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a luxury spa environment. The ideal candidate is professional, client-oriented, and dedicated to creating a memorable wellness experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform traditional Hammam rituals, including body exfoliation, cleansing, steam sessions, foam massage, and other body treatments using premium products. Create a warm, calming, and respectful atmosphere for each guest. Customize treatments based on clients' skin types, preferences, and specific needs. Clearly explain each step of the treatment to clients, ensuring comfort and relaxation, especially for first-time guests. Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene of the hammam area before and after each session. Supervise steam room operations, ensuring optimal temperature, safety, and comfort. Adhere to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols. Manage inventory of treatment supplies and linens, and report restocking requirements. Promote complementary spa services and retail products to enhance the overall wellness experience. Provide feedback to management regarding client preferences, service quality, and operational improvements. Participate in continuous training and professional development programs offered by the spa. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in Hammam therapy and spa treatments.

Qualifications

Minimum of

2+ years of experience

as a Hammam Therapist, ideally within a luxury spa or hotel setting. Proficiency in traditional

Moroccan, Turkish, or Middle Eastern Hammam techniques

Certification in Hammam treatments

from an accredited institution. Strong understanding of authentic Hammam procedures, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end spa environment.
