Key Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of hair services: cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and styling.
Advise clients on haircare, maintenance, and suitable styles or treatments.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene, organization, and professionalism at all times.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
(mandatory).
Proven expertise in modern hair techniques, including color correction, keratin, and balayage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance, reliability, and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Valid UAE work permit or eligibility for sponsorship.
