Hairstylist / Junior Hairstylist
Locations: Abu Dhabi, Dubai
Role Overview:
We are looking for talented and creative Hairstylists and motivated Junior Hairstylists to join our dynamic hair team. Whether you are an experienced stylist or at the beginning of your career, we offer a platform to showcase your skills and grow. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of hair services, from precision cuts to stunning color transformations, always ensuring the client's vision is brought to life.
Key Responsibilities:

• Hair Services: Perform a variety of hair services including haircuts, styling, blow-drys, hair coloring, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, and chemical straightening/perms (depending on seniority and skill level).
• Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand the client's desires, assess their hair condition, and provide professional recommendations for styles and treatments.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with the latest cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. For Junior Stylists, a willingness to learn and assist senior stylists is key.
• Product Knowledge & Retail: Possess extensive knowledge of professional hair care products and brands. Actively recommend and retail products suited to the client's hair needs.
• Salon Contribution: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation. Assist in overall salon cleanliness and stock management.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the hair team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• For Hairstylist: Proven experience as a Hairstylist with a strong portfolio. Certification from a recognized beauty school is required.
• For Junior Hairstylist: Recently graduated from a cosmetology school or with 1-2 years of assisting experience. Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills is essential.
• Strong creative and technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage appointment schedules effectively.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
