Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairdresser who is a native Arabic speaker to join our professional salon team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of hair styling techniques and treatments, able to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments based on client requests and latest trends Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and offer personalized solutions Recommend suitable products and aftercare routines Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of workstations and tools Stay updated with current hair and beauty trends Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Assist in managing appointment schedules and salon operations as needed

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist (minimum 2 years preferred) Fluency in Arabic (native speaker) is required; basic English is a plus Knowledge of various hair types, treatments, and modern styling techniques Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude Relevant certification or diploma in hairdressing is preferred

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
