Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hair Transplant Technician to assist surgeons during hair restoration procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FUE techniques, strong patient-care skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the surgeon during hair transplant procedures (FUE) Perform graft extraction, graft dissection, and implantation as directed Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and treatment rooms Ensure proper handling, counting, and preservation of hair grafts Monitor patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards Assist with pre-operative preparation and post-operative care Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on post-procedure care and recovery guidelines Follow clinic protocols, DHA regulations, and safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or certification in nursing, medical assisting, or hair transplant technology Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hair transplant procedures Proven experience with FUE (mandatory) Knowledge of aseptic techniques and medical hygiene standards Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work long procedure hours when required DHA eligibility or license (required)
