Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable

Hair Education & Sales Executive

to join our Salon Division team. The ideal candidate will combine

technical expertise in haircare and color education

with

sales and client management skills

, ensuring brand excellence and strong revenue growth across all hair product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

presentations, reports, and evaluations

for

all hair product education

across all brands. Conduct and ensure the

best application techniques

for hair products -- including

hair colours, treatments, and other product applications

. Utilize various

color techniques

and tools to design and deliver engaging

education and training programs

. Stay up to date and continuously

learn new styles, techniques, and products

introduced by new or onboarded brands. Produce

reports and data analysis

to measure the

effectiveness of training sessions

. Monitor

compliance with best practices

during product usage and education.

Assist the sales team

in maximizing department revenue through customer visits, order processing, and consistent client communication. Prepare the

quarterly training agenda

and ensure timely execution of educational activities. Support

cost monitoring

and other administrative tasks related to sales and education. Build strong relationships with salon clients and understand their

business and training needs

Requirements:

Previous experience

as a Hair Stylist, Colorist, or Hair Educator. Proven expertise with a

wide range of coloring and styling techniques

. Strong understanding of

professional hair products and salon operations

. Excellent

presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

.

Computer literacy

(MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong reporting and data analysis ability. Ability to travel within the UAE for

client visits and training sessions

. Must be available for a

personal interview and technical assessment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
