About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a

Trainer Cum Sales Intern

. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in both training delivery and sales functions, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a career in business development, corporate training, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Training Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering training sessions to clients or internal teams. Help create, revise, and manage training materials and presentations. Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new clients or users. Collect feedback from participants and prepare reports for evaluation.

Sales Responsibilities:

Generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Assist in pitching services/products to potential clients. Support the sales team in client follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting. Participate in product demos and presentations.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Basic knowledge of sales strategies and customer service principles. Comfortable speaking to groups and interacting with clients.
