We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate
Hair Colorist
with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in hair coloring and highlighting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and fluent English, along with deep technical knowledge of hair color theory, techniques, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hair color, highlights, balayage, ombre, root touch-ups, and color corrections.
Consult clients to assess their needs, preferences, and suitability of styles.
Recommend color and treatment options based on hair texture and condition.
Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards during procedures.
Stay up-to-date with current trends, products, and coloring techniques.
Educate clients on aftercare and color maintenance.
Collaborate effectively with the hairstyling team to deliver exceptional salon experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience as a professional hair colorist.
Proven expertise in various coloring and highlighting techniques.
Strong understanding of hair structure, color chemistry, and product usage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and understanding).
Ability to handle a diverse clientele and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
