Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
QHSE System Support & Implementation:
Assist in establishing and maintaining systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and HACCP standards.
Support the integration of QHSE practices into daily operations.
Communication & Awareness:
Promote safety awareness via inductions, training sessions, meetings, and communication channels.
Ensure all staff are informed and engaged in QHSE initiatives.
Documentation & Risk Assessments:
Contribute to the preparation and review of QHSE documentation, policies, and procedures.
Assist in conducting risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in collaboration with operational teams.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Record and monitor QHSE key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
Prepare reports highlighting trends, incidents, and improvement opportunities.
Behavioral Safety & Workplace Inspections:
Support the implementation of behavioral safety programs.
Participate in safety walk-throughs, top management inspections, and safety audits to promote a safe work environment.
Incident Investigation:
Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Regulatory Liaison & Compliance:
Act as a point of contact with government bodies and regulatory agencies for QHSE-related matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Additional Tasks:
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Management to support organizational safety and environmental goals.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
