Hygiene & Sanitation Officer

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Hygiene & Sanitation Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will join a dynamic team of professionals.
What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years 'experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and local health regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or related field is a plus.
• An Efficient person with Attention to detail.
• A warm and friendly character with Problem Solving skills.
• Lives and breathes the Shangri-La values.

What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Conduct regular hygiene audits in all F&B outlets, kitchens, and public areas.
• Oversee sanitation procedures and pest control activities.
• Coordinate staff training on hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, reports, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent hygiene practices across the property.
