Key Responsibilities
:
Instruct and supervise gymnastics classes for students aged [insert age range], from beginner to advanced levels.
Create and implement structured lesson plans focusing on flexibility, strength, coordination, and technique development.
Ensure all classes are conducted in a safe, fun, and supportive environment, following best practices for injury prevention.
Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback to support continuous improvement.
Prepare athletes for internal and external events, performances, and competitions where applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized training space and ensure equipment is safe and properly used.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development and behavior.
Collaborate with fellow coaches and management to improve overall program quality and outcomes.
Stay up to date with coaching certifications, safety training, and sport development practices
Required:
Certification in gymnastics coaching (e.g. FIG Level 1/2, USA Gymnastics, British Gymnastics, or equivalent)
Minimum of 1-3 years coaching experience in gymnastics (recreational and/or competitive)
Strong knowledge of gymnastics skills, technique progression, and class management
Ability to work with children of varying ages and abilities in a positive and motivating way
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Arabic is plus
