The Candidate

We are looking for a Full-time Gymnastics Coach to deliver sessions in our extra-curricular and external clubs.

Job Responsibilities

To do the necessary preparation and set up prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.

To assist the Head Coach running sessions and following instructions.

To provide positive and fun sessions.

Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of children.

Notify the Management/Parents immediately of any incidents

Responsible and appropriate manner always in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy

Ensure accurate registers of your sessions are kept.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

Job Requirements

Completed a Sport related Degree.

Proven experience as Gymnastics coach

Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.

Experience working with students aged 3-12 years.

An enhanced CRB/DBS check.

Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.

First Aid qualified.

Good communication and organisational skills.

UAE Driving Licence.

Proficient in MS Office.

Confident in coaching a range of different sports.

Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team

Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents and other members of staff

Ability to understand the learning process and training principles

Ability to motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills safely

Knowledge of injury prevention - understanding how to reduce the risk of injury to gymnasts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
