Summary

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel gym, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
Develop and implement engaging fitness programs catering to diverse guest preferences and fitness levels.
Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
Conduct regular training sessions for gym\\spa staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym, encouraging guest participation and adherence to fitness goals.
Collaborate with the hotel management to organize special fitness events and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of gym usage, equipment inventory, and guest feedback.
Uphold the hotel\'s standards of excellence in service and hospitality.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a fitness instructor or team-leader role within a high-end hotel or fitness facility.
Certification in fitness training or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health and wellness, with a customer-focused mindset.
First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
