Role Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and driven

Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize the daily operations of all SafeFit locations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution across branches, maintaining high service standards, implementing SOPs, managing cross-functional teams (front desk, trainers, cleaners), and driving operational excellence as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:1. Studio Operations & Efficiency



Oversee daily operations across all SafeFit branches to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs. Monitor studio readiness, cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment standards. Coordinate studio scheduling, booking utilization, and trainer assignments. Supervise the proper functioning of punching systems, access controls, and app-based check-ins.

2. Team & Vendor Management



Lead and manage branch staff including receptionists, cleaners, and support teams. Coordinate with personal trainers (contracted and full-time) on shift schedules, studio use, and targets. Liaise with third-party vendors for maintenance, supplies, cleaning, and security. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with policies (e.g., punctuality, professionalism, dress code).

3. Customer Experience & Service Quality



Ensure a luxury, client-centric experience across all touchpoints. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues with tact and professionalism. Regularly review client feedback and coordinate improvements. Ensure that wellness and GX programs are delivered to the highest standards.

4. Process Optimization & Reporting



Continuously improve workflows for bookings, shift management, inventory, and studio usage. Implement operational dashboards and weekly reporting structures. Track KPIs including studio occupancy, client satisfaction, trainer performance, and staff attendance. Oversee preparation of monthly punch-in/out reports for payroll processing.

5. Strategic Expansion & Support



Support new branch launches, onboarding of teams, and setup of operational systems. Participate in planning and execution of growth initiatives and partnerships. Ensure operational readiness for promotional campaigns and seasonal programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service sectors. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy, with comfort using mobile apps, dashboards, and operational tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
