MIRA Construction L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Gym Manager/Supervisor
to oversee our fitness center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and effective environment for all gym members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily gym operations, including scheduling staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
Develop and implement fitness programs and classes that engage members and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Deliver outstanding customer service and address any member inquiries or concerns promptly.
Conduct staff training sessions and provide ongoing support to trainers and support staff.
Monitor and analyse member feedback and participation metrics to continuously improve the services.
Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, payroll, and inventory management.
Promote gym services and membership, enhancing member retention strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a gym or fitness facility.
Strong understanding of fitness programs and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive managerial approach.
Certifications in fitness coaching or gym management are a plus.
