Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness levels and goals. Develop personalized workout plans for guests, considering their preferences and fitness objectives. Provide fitness assessments and body composition analyses for guests. Monitor and ensure the safety of all guests using the gym facilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and workout areas. Offer advice and guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance guests' overall well-being. Engage guests in fitness challenges and resort activities to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of service. Collaborate with the resort's wellness team to create a holistic guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a personal trainer and group class instructor in a commercial gym. Must have a Level 3 certification (REPS/EREPS/IFPA/ACSM/ACE or equivalent) - Mandatory. Ability to work on rotational shifts (9 hours each shift) Possess attested educational certificates or the ability to obtain attestation at the earliest opportunity.
