Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment:
Evaluate fitness levels, health conditions, and goals through initial screenings and assessments.Program Development:
Design individualized exercise programs (strength, cardio, flexibility) and adapt them as clients progress.Instruction & Motivation:
Lead individual and group sessions, demonstrate proper form, provide encouragement, and ensure safe exercise.Equipment & Facility:
Supervise equipment use, maintain cleanliness, and follow health, safety, and first-aid protocols.Member Engagement:
Conduct gym inductions, answer questions, promote services, and foster positive relationships.Record Keeping:
Update client files and use membership databases.Requirements And Skills:
Certification in fitness or personal training. Knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition. Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Ability to adapt to different ages and fitness levels. Basic first aid/CPR certification.

Pay: From AED1,300.00 per month
License/Certification:
UAE Swimming Coach Certification (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
