We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized
Gym Administrator
to support the daily operations of our fitness center in
Ajman
. Fluency in
Tagalog
is required to assist and communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist members and visitors professionally
Handle new memberships, renewals, and general inquiries
Maintain accurate records, daily logs, and reports
Support staff schedules and class coordination
Manage front desk duties including calls, emails, and bookings
Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
Fluent in
Tagalog
and English (both verbal and written)
Strong administrative and customer service background
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Computer literate (MS Office or similar tools)
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
