Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site

Guest Service Team Leader

in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs. Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and its services. Ensuring guest satisfaction by coordinating with various departments. Resolving any guest issues during their stay. Maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and performing administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and hospitality skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a related role is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
