Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Officer at City Avenue Hotel in Dubai. The Guest Service Officer will provide exceptional guest service, handle guest inquiries and concerns, manage reservations, perform receptionist duties, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Qualifications
Guest Service and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Receptionist Duties Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
