Serve as the first point of contact for guests by welcoming them, managing check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and resolving any concerns. Strive to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless stay from arrival to departure.
Main Duties:
Greet guests warmly and assist with arrivals and departures
Respond promptly to guest questions and resolve concerns
Stay updated on room types, hotel events, and guest preferences
Handle guest requests, organize special occasions, and accommodate VIPs
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Promote hotel amenities, services, and special offers
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Accurately record guest feedback and important notes
Safeguard guest privacy and manage sensitive information securely
Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer proficiency
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
