Your Day to Day In a nutshell, as Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for guest check-in in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai. You will ensure that all booking details are recorded accurately, ensure that billing instructions are clarified, update guest folios and balance all transactions at the end of every shift. You will represent the Front Office Department in a professional and courteous manner at all times with all guests & colleague interactions. You will perform the shift checklist to ensure accuracy of all aspect of shifts. You\'ll report to the Front Office Manager and will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.
