Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Customer Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Reservation Management: Handle guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently, using the hotel booking system.
Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities, and assist with arranging transportation and bookings for guests.
Communication: Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth guest experiences.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues and concerns, escalating to management if necessary, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Complete guest-related administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing reports.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
