Job Summary: Looking for a Guest Service Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Offer information about hotel facilities, services as well as local attractions to guests
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms, if necessary
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates and hotel policies
Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
Handle reservations, changes as well as cancellations as needed
Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information as well as belongings
Conduct any related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the same or related role
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities required
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Must have a positive and friendly attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service
