Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
Promote the hotel facilities with pride and honor.
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
Must maintain a good behavior and ethical values.
Must have positive attitude and good communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
Must have the commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Must have an excellent grooming standards.
