Job Description

The Guest Service Agent (Chinese Speaking) is the first point of contact for many of our guests, particularly those from Chinese-speaking regions. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, a warm and professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception / farewell of guests Ensure the desk is fully operational, all necessary collateral and work tools are available Have full awareness of the current daily status of Hotel Be thoroughly conversant with all room types, decor and outlook Run communication and recording of complaints; deal with complaints on first level; escalate to supervisor if needed Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals Ensure data quality is maintained within the property management system enabling accurate guest history and sales information. Report to FO Shift Leader all issues Provide all hotel information

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS



Ensure full liaison with other members of the team Assisting Concierge and Guest Relations if needed
We're seeking candidates with a strong background in hotel operations, particularly those with prior experience in a chain hotel environment.

Expertise in ONQ PMS is a significant advantage. Minimum 2 year's experience within the hospitality industry. Must be proactive
