Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations
Adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
Ensuring the collection and registration of all guests staying at the property
Ensuring a full payment covering room charges / incidentals is secured for all staying guest
Reports any guest feedback in the Glitch Management Report Follow up departures on timely manner
Follow up with Housekeeping Team on room preparations Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates
Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices. Able to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.

Aware of the activities and services of the property.
Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.
Process guest check in and out Performing cashier related functions / Cashier Tasks like posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's, currency exchange, bill / invoice settlement.
Coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work. Uses proper telephone etiquette.
Advise guest of any messages, mail, faxes, parcel etc. received for them. Inform guest of the room safe, minibar and room functions Communicate services and amenities of the hotel to guests.
Direct Bell Attendants to escort guest and assist with luggage from and into the room.
Aware with notice board daily. Activities and Events taking place in the hotel.
Aware of the operation House Status of the Hotel (Arrivals, Departure, Inhouse, VVIP, People with Determination, Occupancy Knows all safety and emergency procedures,
Is aware of accident prevention policies. Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Perform any other works as and when assigned by the management Monitors Front Office Stationary supplies and equipment functions.
Maintaining cash float complete at all time Full Product Knowledge - Guest Activities, Rooms, Flora & Fauna, Food & Beverage Responsible for verifying identifications of the guest and input data in the system as guest's information / personal data Maximizing the resort revenue by promoting and upselling higher room categories and chargeable activities as well as merchandize in Activity Hub
