Job Description
Lux BnB - Holiday Homes are looking for an enthusiastic, and hardworking Guest Relationship Officer to work with guest inquiries, reservation requests, issues, and to assist in improving our guest experiences. At Lux BnB, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for all our guests
- Deliver a personalized hospitality experience in our properties, ensuring our guests come back to us for their next experience
- Assist our guests with their needs during the booking process, pre-stay, during, and post-stay.
- Manage third-party cleaning partners to ensure all of our properties are cleaned on time to the highest standards.
- Proactively inspect inventory and deliver supplies to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Respond and resolve client issues in a timely and positive manner.
- Ensure guests during their stay are continued to be looked after, with such things as housekeeping or maintenance requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with building staff and vendors.
- Is flexible
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email.
- Must be driven and motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must have valid UAE drivers license
- Must be able to work flexibly
- Must be able to speak and write English
