We are looking for a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented
Guest Relations Officer
to join our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience across our exclusive properties. As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in creating a 5-star welcome and ensuring every stay runs seamlessly from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
Personally welcome guests upon arrival and handle smooth check-in and check-out processes
Perform detailed room inspections prior to guest arrival, ensuring everything is immaculate
Deliver requested amenities or items to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns with efficiency and professionalism
Provide local tips, concierge support, and personalized recommendations
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team to ensure guest-ready status at all times
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and proactively resolve any issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all property features, amenities, and services
Requirements:
Fluent in
English
(spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or luxury customer care
Well-groomed, professional, and warm demeanor
Strong organizational and communication skills
A guest-first mindset with high attention to detail and responsiveness
Flexible with working hours (weekends/evenings may be required)
Valid UAE driver's license is a plus (for deliveries between properties)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
