We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
Guest Relations Officer (GRO)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a polite, professional, and courteous manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
Maintain strong communication between guests and internal departments
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage guest records, feedback, and follow-ups
Support front desk and administrative duties as required
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional conduct at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage)
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Ability to handle guests professionally under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Immediate joiners will be preferred
