Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and fostering positive relationships. The GRO serves as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is memorable.
Key Responsibilities: * Guest Service & Satisfaction:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide a warm farewell.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest requests to enhance their stay.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
  • VIP & Loyalty Guest Management:
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure special requests for VIP guests are met.
  • Monitor and acknowledge repeat guests, ensuring personalized recognition.
  • Assist in organizing special amenities (e.g., welcome gifts, room upgrades).
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
