Role Overview

You will be the

face of Skyline Serenity

, ensuring seamless check-ins, proactive issue resolution, and exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-check apartments before guest arrival to ensure 5-star readiness Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to resolve issues before check-in Personally welcome guests during check-in and support check-out Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally Travel between properties across Dubai for guest and operational support Ensure high guest satisfaction and secure positive reviews Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and property status Proactively uphold Skyline's premium hospitality standards

Requirements (Mandatory)

2-3 years' experience in Holiday Homes / Hospitality

Valid UAE Driving License

with Dubai driving experience

Arabic language preferred

(English required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and guest-first mindset Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts
