We are seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting them throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities: * Welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and its amenities.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a swift resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide guests with recommendations.
• Assist in organizing guest activities and events, enhancing their overall experience.
• Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage guest accounts and billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to streamline check-in and check-out processes.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.

Preferred Candidate: * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
