Have Enough Experience About UAE Map & Dubai Locations for Planning Trips Dispatching
Offer assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding bookings and payments.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations.
Selling and promoting reservation services.
Promote special offers, packages, and Addons to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, Collage Grade Preferred.
european language or chinese speaker preferred but not required
Hospitality Experience or Transportation Experience Preferred.
Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
Customer-service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in microsoft office & Online Portals.
Data entry experience.
Flexible working hours.
