Job Responsibilities: Guest Relations: Provide excellent service by handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Check-In/Check-Out: Oversee smooth guest arrivals and departures. Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints in a timely and professional manner. Property Standards: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure homes are guest-ready. Communication: Act as a friendly, professional point of contact throughout the guest stay. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels or holiday homes (mandatory) Valid UAE driving license (required) Arabic speaker required - preference for candidates from Morocco, Algeria, or Tunisia Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Well-presented, organized, and reliable Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
