!Requirements:
Minimum
4+ years of experience
in the hospitality industry Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding ofcustomer service standards
Ability toconduct staff training
on guest engagement and service excellence Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a guest-first mindsetKey Responsibilities:
Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and feedback Lead and deliver customer service training sessions for staff Ensure high standards of service are consistently maintained Collaborate with team leaders to improve overall guest experience
This position is open only to candidates who are available to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
