Key Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

Requirements
Fluency in
Arabic and English

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-office roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
