What you will be doing:

Ensures to offer and serve Arabic coffee and dates to incoming and outgoing hotel guests in the main lobby.

Prepares and makes certain that Arabic coffee and dates are always readily available to serve.

Ensures there is clean Arabic coffee cups at all times.

Is efficient, diplomatic, and cooperative in dealing with his colleagues.

Reports for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.

Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.

Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

Ensure that the weekly purchase requisition is done properly as per requirement

Ensure that proper set up is done on daily basis for the Arabic coffee and dates served in the lobby

Must lead by example by demonstrating the Accor Values in their role continuously.

Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

Take initiative to add a personalized experience

Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest\xe2\x80\x99s stay

Your experience and skills include:

Previous relevant experience as a Guest Relations Executive

Knowledge on the UAE culture

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Comfortable to work cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
