Interact and engage with guests and maintains high quality service standards
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
Make sure that the guest is greeted and served promptly
Engage in suggestive selling
Presents the guest\'s bill when necessary
Updates profiles for guest in the system
We are looking for someone who:
Has a thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service technique
Is able to work in outdoor bar & lounge operation
Loves interacting with guests
Believes in teamwork
Communicates with fluency in English
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
Is a self-starter and a team player
Enjoys being challenged
