Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join the Cala Vista restaurant team in Dubai. As a Guest Relations Executive at Cala Vista, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring warm welcomes, seamless reservations, and an elevated dining experience. This role is key to guest satisfaction, brand representation, and service coordination across the restaurant. Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and manage the hostess desk to ensure smooth guest seating and arrival experience
• Manage reservations and coordinate with the team for special events, table planning, and guest flow
• Understand and meet guest expectations, including dietary requirements, preferences, and special occasions
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu to make confident recommendations and promote specials
• Answer guest calls professionally using the standard script and provide accurate information or assistance
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and support service recovery when necessary
• Maintain a polished appearance and represent the brand values through behavior and service

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a hostess or guest-facing role in a fine dining or premium hospitality setting
• Proficiency in English and a second language such as Spanish, French, Russian, Mandarin, or Italian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and a warm, engaging demeanor
• Familiarity with F and B service standards and menu presentation in a luxury environment
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced setting and manage guest inquiries confidently
