Guest Relations Executive (Front of House):

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining a high level of hospitality. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences (e.g., room readiness, special requests). Provide concierge services, including recommending and booking local attractions or experiences. Maintain the appearance and ambiance of the front desk and lobby to reflect brand standards. Collect and act on guest feedback to improve service quality and experience. Promote in-house events, services, and offers to enhance guest engagement.

PR Responsibilities (Heart of House):

Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the property's social media presence and reputation. Assist in creating PR campaigns that enhance the property's visibility and appeal. Handle and coordinate press visits, media inquiries, and influencer collaborations. Monitor online reviews and public feedback, responding appropriately to maintain a positive image. Plan and execute internal events, staff training programs, and team-building initiatives. Act as a liaison between the property and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations. Prepare reports and presentations on PR and guest relations efforts for management review.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
