Guest Relations (customer Service Representative)

Job Description
We are looking for a professional to join our team in Guest Relations in the Sales Department.
Main Responsibilities:
o? ?First client contact and relationship management
o? ??Ensure proposals are sent and answered within 24-48 hours
o? ??Create, update and confirm itineraries
o? ??Issue pro forma invoices, confirmations, and vouchers
o? ??Coordinate clients' on-site schedules and activities
o? ??Develop programs and their written descriptions
o? ??Manage travel agency relations and prospect clients
o? ??Support sales of services: flights, hotels, transfers, tours, attractions, experiences, leisure, MICE, car services and more
Reservations Department
o? ?Maintain supplier relations
o? ?Request quotations and manage bookings (hotels, tours, restaurants, guides, tickets)
o? ??Send confirmations and vouchers before activities
On-Site Client Activities
o? ??Welcome and meet clients
o? ??Follow up on activities and itineraries
o? ??Schedule and book extra activities
o? ??Coordinate with drivers and guides
Requirements
o? ?Fluent in Portuguese and English
