ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a
Guest Relations Supervisor
who can perform the below task
Supervise and support the Guest Relations team in daily operations.
Welcome and assist VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring personalized service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system.
Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
Monitor lobby and reception area standards and ambiance.
Promote hotel services and loyalty programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years as Guest Relations in a hotel/hospitality industry
Good command of the English and Russian languages. Other foreign languages (spoken) an advantage
Good computer skills
With pleasing personality
