As a
Guest Relations Specialist
in real estate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us. From inquiries to property showings, you'll help guide prospective buyers and sellers every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects via phone, email, and in-person Assist with property inquiries, schedule showings, and support the sales team Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction at all stages of the real estate process
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations (real estate experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide a positive client experience
