-Welcome the guests in a friendly, professional manner, manage reservations and waitlists using a system or manual log.
-Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with staff and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.
-Manage reservations and seating flow efficiently, especially during peak hours, while maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
-Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to management when necessary
