The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. She ensures all guests feel welcomed, valued, and attended to with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality standards expected in a 5-star environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and rooming efficiently while ensuring personalized service.
Communicate effectively with guests in both
English and Arabic
to address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
Handle VIP and repeat guests with special attention, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
Record and manage guest feedback, ensuring proper follow-up and reporting to management.
Assist with guest transportation, tour bookings, and special arrangements as required.
Maintain an elegant appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience
in Guest Relations or Front Office in a
5-star hotel
environment.
Excellent
communication skills in English and Arabic
(both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced luxury setting.
Knowledge of PMS (Opera or similar) is an advantage.
