Bookable Vacation Homes is hiring
two Guest Relations Officers
to manage guest communication and support across our holiday homes portfolio.One role will cover the
day shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
One role will cover the
night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
This role is essential to delivering
five star guest experiences
and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities
Handle guest communication via WhatsApp, Airbnb and booking platforms Support guests before, during and after their stay Assist with check in, check out and access issues Resolve guest issues calmly and professionally Coordinate with operations, housekeeping and maintenance teams Ensure communication meets Bookable's service standards Escalate urgent or complex issues when required
Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience in guest relations or hospitality
Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Comfortable working shift patternsAdditional Requirement (Day Shift)
Own transportation required
for occasional field coordinationPreferred
Experience in holiday homes, hotels or serviced apartments Multilingual candidates (Arabic, Russian or French an advantage) Experience using Airbnb or OTA messaging systems
Salary
Day Shift:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per monthNight Shift:
