Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest service.
Promote restaurant offers, special menus, and events to enhance guest experience.
Ensure that all guests leave satisfied and with a positive impression of the restaurant.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service role (preferably in F&B or hospitality).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
